Roasted Butternut Squash

This is going to make your house smell awesome.  Oh, and it tastes really good too.  Here's a great side dish for the chilly months.  Or you can freeze some squash and make it any time!

Roasted Butternut Squash

1 butternut squash peeled, seeded, and cubed
2T olive oil
1T light brown sugar
1/2t cinnamon
1/4t nutmeg
1/4t salt
1/4t pepper
1/4t garlic powder

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.  Place your squash cubes and olive oil in a medium sized bowl and toss.  Sprinkle with the spices and toss again.  Place the seasoned cubes on a cookie sheet lined with foil.

Bake in your preheated oven for 20 minutes stirring half way through.  Enjoy!
